This course does not require that you disclose your ADHD to your employer. There are dialogue examples and considerations that will be helpful if you are going to request accommodations without disclosing your ADHD.
That's not a problem at all. Anyone is welcome and can benefit from this course, no matter if you are diagnosed with ADHD, are suspecting you have ADHD, or just want to improve your workday. We are addressing a broad array of accommodations that do not require an ADHD diagnosis.
